Reporting a Group

Report groups that are unrelated to travel or appear to be created for spam, fraud, or misleading promotions.
Report groups containing inappropriate behavior, suspicious payment requests, or inaccurate travel information.
Include screenshots, message details, group names, dates, and any relevant context whenever possible.

Reporting a User

Report harassment, unwanted messages, abuse, threats, scams, or suspicious activity.
Do not continue conversations that make you uncomfortable. Preserve screenshots if it is safe to do so.
Reports are reviewed by the platform team, and appropriate action may be taken based on available information.

Leaving a Group

You may leave any group at any time if you feel uncomfortable or no longer want to participate.
If a group appears unsafe or misleading, consider reporting it before or after leaving.
Communicate respectfully where appropriate, but your personal comfort and judgment matter.

Staying Safe

Meet in public places when possible, especially for first-time meetings.
Verify information independently, including itinerary details, costs, transportation, and accommodation.
Do not share sensitive personal, financial, login, OTP, or identity information with other users.
Trust your judgment and step away from interactions that feel pressured, rushed, or suspicious.

Reports are reviewed by the platform team. We may request additional information when needed.
Appropriate action may include warnings, content restrictions, group removal, account suspension, or account removal.
